We stumbled onto Nicole by chance and came out winners. Nicole listened to what we wanted in a home and as we progressed through our search she readily adapted to our continual changes. Our one constant was Lake George and she readily shared her knowledge of the area. Nicole never hesitated to answer our questions, and there were many. Nicole was always a professional yet she was the sort of person that made us feel as if we were more than just clients. Since buying our home in Lake George we have had the opportunity to meet Nicole and her family at the Lake George Lighting event in December. Nicole is a part of our community and her pride and love of the area comes through in her actions. I am giving this review without any reservation!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole during my search for a home up at Lake George in the Hague area. Nicole always responded to questions immediately and if she was unsure of the answer went out of her way to find the correct information. What really stood out was her involvement after the offer was made by being there every step of the way, organizing appts, meeting with contractors, and using her local knowledge to make sure I got the best service. Nicole is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend her.
Working with Nicole was such a pleasure. I live 2,00 miles away from the area where I wanted to purchase a second home. Fortunately, Nicole had grow-up there, was very knowledgeable, and could answer all my questions and really show me around. She was so patient and tenacious. Working so far away must have been a challenge. I made a few trips back there but mostly we communicated by phone and computer. After the purchase she was always available to help me find painters, plumbers, electricians and best of all-- great restaurants! I have a terrific place and she made it happen.
Ms. Howland is a credit to her profession. She kept us informed with every detail in the selling process. Came to the house rather than have us drive to her office so we could go over the contract. Went out of her way to check the house out to make sure everything was neat and tidy for the buyer. Her communication skills are exceptional! Proof of her skills lead to a quick sale within 48 hours of listing with more than one buyer. She was hands on when it came to home inspections to make sure things were done and done properly. I would highly recommend Ms. Howland to anyone at anytime.
